The INVENIO FTIR system features a high signal-to-noise ratio and spectral resolution < 0.085 cm-1. This unit has two detectors, including a LN2 cooled MCT detector for high resolution scans. The Hyperion IR microscope provides a single point mode for mapping or imaging the sample with different detectors. This system can also perform temperature dependent IR mapping and scans.
